Tesa Merchan joined Dr. J. Douglas Salmon Jr. and Associates full time in August 2009 as our Operations Administrator and brings with her over 10 years of administrative experience. Tesa has spent years in the property development business working directly for the CEOs of two of Canada’s largest residential property development corporations. While working in the property management business, she has also worked part time for Dr. Salmon & Associates. Tesa’s collegial education background in business management along with her administrative experience serves the needs and requirements of our clients well.
