Alena Strauss is completing her PhD in Counselling Psychology at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. Her B.Sc. and M.A. in Psychology are also from the University of Toronto and she has over 20 years experience in the fields of personal and career counselling and assessment. Currently she is finishing her dissertation on the management of concealable ethnic stigma and has a private practice in psychotherapy and career counselling. She provides occupational search input for Dr. Salmon & Associates for related assessments and intervention.
